At ClawGrip, we aim to process and ship orders as quickly and reliably as possible.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may be processed on the next business day.

U.S. Shipping
We offer FREE U.S. SHIPPING on orders of $75 USD or more.

For orders below $75 USD, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and available shipping method.

Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout whenever available. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking
When tracking is available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the order has been dispatched.

International Orders
International shipping availability and rates are shown at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that may be charged by their country.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please review your shipping information carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at clawgripbrand@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages
