Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We currently offer free U.S. shipping on orders of $75 USD or more.
Shipping rates for orders below the free-shipping threshold are calculated at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping availability and rates are shown at checkout. Depending on the destination, customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or local fees.
How long does shipping take?
Order processing and estimated delivery times depend on destination and shipping method. Tracking information will be provided when available after your order ships.
Can I return hand wraps or tape?
Eligible unused and unopened products may be accepted for return according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used wraps and tape may not be eligible for return unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
What if I receive the wrong or damaged product?
Contact us at clawgripbrand@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue when possible. We’ll review it and help arrange a replacement or refund when applicable.
